My upbringing has greatly influenced my beliefs and values. Most specifically, that of being compassionate and understanding of others. These are just some of the necessary traits for a successful Executive Assistant. The youngest of six children, I grew up in a blue-collar home in Buffalo, NY. My parents taught us kids to be diligent, adaptable, responsible, and helpful to our fellow neighbors. My position here at Mintco Financial grants me the ability to assist not only my fellow staff, but also our clientele. It gives me great pleasure when I am able to take away someone’s worries, alleviate a burden and generally make their lives better in some way, no matter how small. Helping families succeed is what Mintco Financial is all about. Not just for today, but for their futures as well. I have seen first-hand; how much care, and consideration goes into each decision our Managing Partners and Senior Associates make. Whether recommending a health product or a financial course of action, it is a responsibility they do not take lightly. Kindness and empathy for our fellow man goes a long way in how I determine success. It is one of the core values here at Mintco Financial, and one of the many reasons I am so proud to call this company, “home.” I am a wife of over twenty years to a wonderful man. We have two children, who will soon be leaving the nest. In my spare time I enjoy traveling, cooking, reading, and watching Hallmark movies.
